• Interpret Building Plans and Drawings to extract and generate Bills of Quantities (BoQ)

• Manage all the costs and outsource Material Quotations by getting reasonable prices from the Suppliers and Manufacturers in maximising return on investment.

• Monitoring and Management of Building Costs, expenditure, and negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers on a best and alternative method on a project.

• Pricing Bills of Quantities for tenders, Requests for Quotations, whether big or small, by bringing value to return on investment.

• Prepare Health and Safety File on Construction Projects.

• Assist in Project Management and ensure successful delivery of the project till close-out.

• Assist Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors in enhancing performance and ensure proper construction procedures and principles are not compromised throughout the project.
